The Building Project

There are two major difficulties we faced with our church building:

an inadequate kitchen
an inadequate toilet

These photos illustrate the kitchen as is was before we started work. We have no desire to bring you photos of the "ty bach", suffice it to say, it is worse.

Work on the kitchen is is essentially complete! We just have to get the carpet fitted and that we anticipate will happen during January. We still have to get the hot water supply installed but, hey, we can always boil water for the washing up in the meantime! Believe us, this is a significant improvement as we are sure you will agree once we get some pictures of the changes.

We have also installed a wash hand basin in the minister's room. This will now double as a changing area for babies at Rainbow Tot's which can now start. Check out the Rainbow Tot's details page. The youth Friday drop-in project Twilight Zone also starts in January.
